Event Cycle Transfer
Your door to door transfer service
- On our website at the Events page you can select your event.
- Once you have selected your event, select the number of bikes, bags etc., that you want to be transferred. Once selected you will move to the checkout stage and make payment.
- You will receive a receipt and confirmation of your booking.
- We will contact you and speak with you once you have made your booking to run through everything that will happen as part of our transfer service. Feel free to contact us at any time before making your booking if you have any questions.
- We will contact you 4 weeks before we are due to collect your bike to confirm everything is still on track. At this point we will confirm the pickup and return dates / times for your bike. We plan to arrive at your event accommodation least 2 full days before your event starts.
- We will contact you 1 week before we are due to collect your bike to confirm everything is still on track.
- We will contact you the day before we are due to collect your bike to re-confirm everything is ok for us to pick up your bike the following day.
- We plan to pick up your bike between 5 to 7 days before your event.
- We collect your bike from the agreed address. Your bike will be transferred fully assembled and will be placed in protective plastic and foam packaging.
- We transfer your bike to the agreed accommodation address or meeting point within 10km of the event start point.
- You or a named person will need to be present when your bike is delivered to the agreed accommodation address or meeting point within 10km of the event start point. Identity and security checks will need to be completed before we hand your bike over to you or the named person.
- We collect your bike / bag from the agreed accommodation address or meeting point within 10km of the event start / finish point. All collections will be on the same day as the completion of your event. For Triathlons and Sportives you also have the option to hand over your bike/ bag post-race, at a location near to the Transition or Finish point. We will notify you of our location near to the Transition Point / Finish 24 hours before the event starts.
- Your bike will be transferred fully assembled and will be placed in protective plastic and foam packaging.
- We transfer your bike to the agreed address in the UK. We plan to return your bike to you within 5 to 7 days of the completion of the event.
- You or a named person will need to be present when your bike is delivered to the agreed address in the UK. Identity and security checks will need to be completed before we hand your bike over to you or the named person.
Bikebox Alan Hire
Professional level protection for your Bike
- On our website at the Bikebox Enquiry (this should link to the Bikebox Enquiry Form) page you complete the form to enquire about booking a bikebox Alan. We do it this way so we can be flexible on the pickup and return dates. We don’t hire our boxes out back to back to allow for delays to flights etc.
- Once you have completed the form and let us know the dates, number of boxes etc., we will contact you and speak with you about pickup and return dates, payment / deposit and everything that will happen as part of our bikebox Alan hire service. Feel free to contact us at any time before making your enquiry if you have any questions. - When you return from your event / trip, contact us and we will confirm with you the date and time you will be returning the bikebox Alan.
- You return the bikebox Alan to us, we give it a quick check and return your deposit.
